PMS emerged out of the desire to provide seamless support in alleviating critical threats and challenges that potentially impacts the successful delivery of project objectives.
PMS is a West African project management and research-based company; headquartered in Liberia, with offices in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Nigeria and affiliated partners in Japan. We provide sustainable technical, logistics, labor, and consulting support services to our partners in executing civil works, structures, roads, and related engineering projects in West Africa.
