• Facilities Management
  • Facilities management services covers consultants and experts’ hotels and residential accommodation contracts.
  • Project administrative and operations offices lease contracts, including head office, warehouses, quarries, materials production sites, equipment maintenance sites and parking lots.
• Local Materials Procurement
  • We facilitate local materials inputs procurement, and storage contracts.

• Executive Protocol
  • We provide executive protocol covers for high level executive (projects and host country’s government) engagements, including project commissioning, site visits, project commissioning, and related engagements.

  • We provide 24 hours guard security services over project sites, administrative and operational location, and project employees residential facilities.
• Human Resource Management
  • We provide and manage expert skilled and non-skilled labor resource (administrative, engineering, and operational) contracts during the project life cycle.

Research, Surveys & General Consulting

For roads, highways, and related infrastructure projects, we conduct pre-design topographical, route planning & traffic management, pavement assessment and related studies. We perform pre-contracting fact finding studies covering taxation, local labor regulations and practices, and sourcing and pricing of key local materials inputs. These services provide adequate knowledge of local socio-economic laws, regulations and locally accepted practices to consultants, potential bidders, and contractors.

Equipment & Vehicles Leasing

We provide leasing services from our large fleet of heavy-duty construction earth moving equipment, high tonnage haulage and dump trucks, executive chauffeur driving services, and regular commuting vehicle services. We also cover airport pickups and drop offs.
