Under an agreement with the Government of Japan, The Government of Ghana secured a grant, for the rehabilitation of the Tema Motor Way (USD$ 55 million), for which Shimizu Corporation, and World Kaihatsu Kogyo (WKK) Ltd, were the main and sub-contractors respectively. The contractors engaged PMS to provide following services:
- Outsourced & Managed Services
- Under its human resource placement and outsourcing services, PMS supplied over 240 staffs both skilled and unskilled to serve in various positions ( administrative, data collection, engineering, mason, carpenters, chauffeur, operators, security guards, housekeeping, and tour guides) of the project. PMS managed the end to end (onboarding and separation) relationship of its work force with zero risk flowing to the contractors.
