In 2013, the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), funded the implementation of a USD$ 27 million HFO thermal plant to increase the capacity of the Liberia’s national electricity grid to 38 MW. Upon initiation of this project, the implementing contractors Dai Nippon Construction www.dnc.co.jp and Mitsubishi Corporation www.mitsubishicop.com, contracted PMS for the provision of facilities, labor and logistics outsourcing, research and consulting, and vehicle leasing services. This project was completed delivered to the people of Liberia by the former President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf on September 20th, 2016.
